No not yet, but when I logged into my SP account yesterday, it showed a balance of zero.
So whether a cheques on its way

I don`t believe how long they are taking, good job you are not in desperate need of it!!!....I must have been really lucky!! Hope our time with EDF goes smoothly.

I`ve just checked my bank account and there`s a payment from SP for the full amount of my credit.
This has been done by BACS despite being told repeatedly that it would be a cheque because I had cancelled my DD.
Can anyone (when you finally get through to anyone) tell the truth at SP or do they just say the first thing that comes into their heads.
I lodged a formal complaint which their team is supposed to reply to within five days

This is a useless company that can`t even follow it`s own complaints procedure.
This is a shoddy company who I will never ever use again.

I looked at my bank`s DD today and noticed that SP has sneakily set up another DD for the same amount that I had been paying monthly, this I promptly cancelled.


Check your DD`s, they can`t be trusted.

I`ve just logged into my EDF account and this months payment is already credited although it won`t leave the bank until the 15th.
I`m guessing they have to request payment from your bank a few days early.


The other thing I noticed on my EDF account is, it says,


Your next bill will be available in MyAccount:

Morning 2010, I have just looked at my EDF account. Payment has also been taken from the bank.

The first message on the screen is "Gas supply started 24.11.13 the contract is almost registered. There are just a few meter readings we need to sort this out"..... when I check the meter readings its says "thanks for your opening reading"

Not sure where to see the bit about next bill...I`ve checked on all the pages and nothing is showing.

Hope we havn`t jumped out of fying pan into the fire!!!! Have a good weekend.

They obviously haven`t updated your "home page" on there yet.
Last week when I looked my electric account had gone and only the gas was showing.
A few days later the home page was completely changed showing balance, next bill, and link for other things etc.


They must be doing a revamp of their site.
No doubt yours will be updated
