You cannot tow or clamp without legal authority, it's a criminal offenceWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

We have not been told the name of the company, can you give me more info please.
There is no company as yet, the Residents have asked the Management to sort it out and they favour a PPC. I am against it and have posted here and elsewhere to gather information on why they should not do so.
The block is mainly rented, Delph Property own about 10 flats and there are others owning multiple units. There are a large proportion of tenants on benefits who have little interest in how the flas are are managed. Absentee landlords, HA shared ownership, and anti-social tenants, it's a nightmare. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Can we get ankspon's posts (and related replies) split off to a separate thread please?
This is The Deep's thread not ankspon's.0 -

I refer the honourable gentleman to my response in reply #34This situation sounds like the common resentment between those who own their flats who are always kind & considerate regarding their parking and fly by night tenants renting properties who don't give a toss about where they park or who they inconvenience.0 -
Does anyone have a link that shows there cowboy activities so i can send them to the management co.
As I already gave you 2 phrases to Google, you do not need a link.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But we have a key pad/barrier and they do know the code, they are residents with two cars. We think that we may be able to ttow them if they are blocking emergency vehicles, but we cannot tow cars in visitor spaces.
You should not have "organised" spaces in a new complex that could block emergency vehicles in the first place! The emergency services (mainly the fire brigade) will have NO HESITATION in dragging any vehicles out of the way if they need to , especially where life is at risk.Under no circumstances may any part of my postings be used, quoted, repeated, transferred or published by any third party in ANY medium outside of this website without express written permission. I suggest that both OP's check this http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=85277&st=30 out. It solves all your problems without the need for ppc.
Post 45 and 49.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
I have re-read your post number 34 Nigel, I suspect that I may well be that "refusenick " of whom you speak.
