I have sent the 2nd email yesterday after waiting 8 days just to be sure.
Still have had absolutely no response from them since sending the 1st one tho
I notice the new email now with the tmobile red text on the bottom
I didn't include this on my 2nd email, I used the one without
Should I resend the email including the red text at the bottom ?
Keep up the good fight people
We should not be bullied0 -
I guess you can send the reply on post #135, saying that it has been X number of days but they still haven't replied. That's what I'm going to do tomorrow anyway0

Hi, Newbie here and I have just sent of the first email to EE. I have also been in contact with them via Facebook because I feel they may have broken their Terms and condition 7.1.4 which state they will give 30 days written notice of the increase to take effect in MARCH of each year....now the funny thing is the letter I received stated changes will take effect from the 28 May..yet my bill is already showing increase of around 2.7% (anybody else?). the response i received through Facebook
Hi. We have not broken the terms & conditions. The price increase comes into effect on bills you receive after 28th May 2014 not before. Please see this link with questions & answers that will answer your points. (direct to a site pointing out what letter said) Many thanks
I unfortunately was stupid enough to take out to contracts under one account...So I have sent the e-mail and will be playing the Material Detriment card...
Thanks to OP0 -
Many thanks, RandomCurve.
I've just sent my first email to EE and will let you know their response.
Wish I had read your thread earlier as I also have an O2 contract but guess it's too late on that front.
Can I just point out to all the newbies posting on this thread that it is customary to thank a poster if the've posted something helpful or informative, by hitting the "thanks" button at the bottom of the relevant post.0 -

- Ignore - A repeat of the price rise letter saying how nobody likes to increase prices (except EE and O2!!!) - and will ignore all the points made OR
- Half Truths - We have complied fully with out T&Cs and GC 9.6 and that the new Ofcom definition dose not apply to contracts pre 23rd January, that RPI is a measure of inflation.
Right, so far, as I said I would keep you updated (and so others have an idea of what to expect)...
Original email went in 07/04/14 to EE.
In the post I got a generic letter about price increases, this may be unrelated and may be the original notification (I came across this thread before I got notified by EE).
Follow up email went in 15/04/14
Still no reply so looks firmly like option 1 (ignore). Tomorrow (Tuesday) will be my 14th day without a response.
This is customer service at its best.0 -
Just to update as well;
Original email went on 07/04
No reply after 7 days, so chased on 15/04
Standard reply back on 15/4 asking for mob number and saying being assigned to case handler
No reply since0 -
Hi all! I sent RandomCurve's first template 9 days ago and just sent RC's second template. I have received no response.
I was just wondering what the next step would be if I receive no response at all? Presumably I wouldn't be able to send the third template as it refers to a response from EE.
Thanks!
I'd also like to thank RandomCurve and the others who are working so hard on this, it's very much appreciated by all of us who don't know how to argue!0 -
I received a letter from Tmobile (EE) on the 7th April so my email has just been sent today.
I took my contracts out in november and december 2012.
I have one account but two seperate contract and have put both numbers on the same letter, that should be ok shouldnt it ?
Cheers

Think i just !!!!!!ed things up - I want to get out of my contract not receive the rise refund - Given that they ignore the emails generally would it be too late to send the other email template #44 ?0

Coming up to a week since I sent them my account and phone number, what should I do now? And to top it off, they sent me this early upgrade offer thing through the post yesterday :rotfl:
Resend the email but start of by saying:
"Further to my email dated XXXX (copied below), I still have not received a response, I find this delay unacceptable and trust you will respond by return."0
