My contract started June 2012 and is for 24 months, only 2 months left but hey!
I'll report back any progress0 -
Rc you may recall me from the other thread. I an currently awaiting response from cisas about my pre Oct 12 t mobile contract. Ee have submitted their defence and I have sent in my comments. So guess it's just awaiting an adjudicator being appointed.
Point of posting here is can I also follow this route or should I await outcome of other case?
Cheers0 -
Thank you random curve for all your help. Just sent follow up email as had been 9 days with no reply. I had included my orange number in the first email so maybe thats why. Hopefully will receive reply soon!0

Hi all, been following this thread so thought id send the initial email over while i await updates - top work RC!! :beer:0

Thanks Random curve. Sent the email tonight as I have two phones on contract with them. My last contract started in August 2012, so nearly at the end. Needless to say, I will be leaving T-Mobile/ee in 3 months anyway. Tesco mobile for me going forward - they guarantee not to increase mid contract.0

If you read closely the changes to Orange, its not just a 2.7% increase across the board...per second billing changes to per minute billing AND all charges excluding roaming are going up.
EVERYBODY has detrimental changes - your allowance of XX minutes will not cover your usage on per minute billing as they did, forcing you to take a higher plan than you agreed at contract commencement or pay the new out of allowance rates.
http://terms.ee.co.uk/orange-out-of-bundle-charges-information.htmlSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
Hi
A newbee here. I've also had the price increase letter from T-Mobile. Last year I called customer services to complain and they kept me on the same plan for the same price. I've just called them again today and been told the price increase is on all plans and there will be an increase every year in March. I have sent off the proforma email today. I have 6 months left on the contract and the increase is about 86p a month but it's the principle.0 -
