Ok thanks for reply so do go straight Cisas or contact EE again. Mine is do with the increase in May.
As soon as got letter about it I came on here and started process.
Do I need email or contact cisas say reject decision?0 -
Technically, you could try going straight to CISAS but I'd hang fire. RandomCurve is co-ordinating with MSE with regards to the new claim.
As for your previous decision, if you are nearly out of time to accept or reject, then I'd reject. I rejected mine a couple of weeks ago. I didn't get confirmation from CISAS (other than the automated confirmation)0 -
CISAS notified EE of my victory on July 4th - how can I give EE a kick?0

Anyone got an email address for EE? Can't find one on website. I got CISAS confirmation letter of acceptance and just wanted to email EE to see how long things are going to take etc.
Cheers0 -

CISAS ruled in favour of EE.
Has anyone gone to the small claims court to progress further or just accepted the decision and moved on?0 -
Well my last post here was EE was denying the need to back date me previous payments from when I asked to cancel my contract. They asked for the adjudicators to comment on it and even though his works were "I direct that the company should: provide the customer with his PAC and allow him to cancel his contract without penalty backdated to 13 April 2014...." he didnt mean to be back dated payments eihter (stupid in my opinion. But today I logged into my account and found they have charged me a Notice Period Charge of £30 +vat, are they allowed to?0

We're getting ready to goto CISAS again, a whole bunch of us that lost. If that claim fails (it'll be based on T&C rather than price rise) then SCC is the next step.0 -

I doubt it. I'd be on the phone to EE to complain. Think someone on the other thread had them do that and got it refunded.0
