Yeah I can't log into mine either without a lot of hassle. Once in, there are no prev payments, they haven't charged me for my use in Spain last week (which was £3-£6) per day, and apparently I'm eligible for an immediate upgrade! Lol!
Just awaiting my backdated refund amount following CISAS email to them advising them to pay up.0 -

Glad your getting it refunded, my adjudicator didnt seem to think I should get one, I've not even had my compo yet either0 -
Partial success!! Many thanks to random curve for all the advice
However, only granted cancellation with immediate effect and no mention of backdating. Anything I can do to get this back dated, as seems pretty unfair as Ee (T-Mobile) were wing not to show cancellation when requested. Also no unlock code granted. I did get 50 pounds compensation, so should cover this but is there anything I can do about this as well
Thanks0 -

You can't appeal CISAS rulings (sadly for us that lost). You'd have to reject the decision then go to Small Claims, but they don't do compensation and I can't help but think that SCC would probably frown on you rejecting what was effectively a win. Personally, I'd just be happy with what you got!0 -

Thanks for helping with the fight for the people who lost their claim RC. I will admit I almost deleted my bookmark on this thread after losing my claim. Trying to be hopeful for a second attempt if its possible but its difficult after being knocked back.
The people who won their case are so lucky. Seriously envious of your results!0 -

Not gonna lie, I've been incredibly jealous of those that won! My one big consolation is that my contract ends in November so at worst, it's not long till I'm free of T-Mobile. I just wanted them to take a hit because of bad business practices!0
