    Oh well Parking Eye didn't fare too well in court with cases involving the Range now did they - lost two cases in one day.

    Why let the Range get away with it? Especially when things like this appear on their facebook page.

    'Hi do you have an email for your senior customer service or some body who is at liberty to give an actually response to a complaint over parking eye and an elderly disabled lady getting a parking ticket whilst shopping in your store, your current customer service email find it acceptable to negate there responsibility and blatantly lie taking no ownership of the problems faced whilst in your store. i would appreciated some common decency and a response to the issues raised, i find them highly disgusting, eventually a response will be giving either to us, on facebook or in the local papers, people should be warned about the consequences of shopping within your store and the total lack of "customer service" they will receive should they contact you'

    I don't know why we haven't yet seen a disabled person simply submit an MCOL to The Range and PE jointly, when their complaints/appeals about Equality Act 2010 breaches fall on deaf ears. Someone is due a 4 figure payout shortly I would think - and the Range or Aldi might be the first. Can't see either of them letting such a case get to a hearing - the Stores would settle.
