Did the defendants request to counter-claim for costs incurred in defending?0

Any links? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I bet those cases won't be appearing on PE's "latest news" section of their website. For some strange reason that page hasn't been updated for three months. I wonder why? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Two cases heard Thursday 19/12 at Barrow in Furness County Courts were dismissed with permission to appeal refused. It seems our judges are getting wise to the scams/lies spewing forth from these PPC's, the grounds for dismissal being not GPEOL's. Not only POPLA but also the courts have figured out the fines from these scammers are not legally enforceable, all in all a good day for the working man.
Interesting - any details?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is this to do with The Range, When I googled ParkingEye Barrow-in-Furness I got quite a few hits. I see they lost a case there earlier this year. Young Rachel must be pretty dumb to try the scams on locals again.
Also, did the defendants have local support?0 -
O.K As it's Christmas I'll let you read it again. Remember, the following is just an opinion. Not based on legal fact, common sense, integrity or any kind of justice.
4 of the best - ParkingEye fights back against the forums
Unfortunately a number of motorists receive misguided and often misleading advice from online forums who claim that ParkingEye's charges are 'unfair' and 'illegal'. Previously this advice urged motorists to ignore all correspondence from ParkingEye, advice that has meant that ParkingEye has had to take legal action to recover the unpaid Parking Charges. Further to this many motorists, on receiving a claim form, visit these sites for a 'robust' template defence. This sort of defence, and all that have subsequently followed, have failed to convince any County Court Judge that ParkingEye's charges are unfair, disproportionate or a penalty.0 -
So that's either three or four court cases which PE have lost over the question of GPOL (plus the hundred at POPLA). Poor old Rachel! What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
