Your signature was long overdue an update quite some time ago......:)
    .
No, it's correct. I only count Court cases where I've appeared in person.

People whom I've supplied a defence for, deserve the credit if they've gone into court on their own and won. There are plenty of others who've lost in court, or who have settled before it got that far.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I stand corrected! Well you've certainly helped a lot more than two with their defences - perhaps a separate section of successful helped cases?;)

... Powerlady - needs urgent help - she can't even find her own thread despite numerous directions.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time to help everyone, and tend to be quite selective about choosing who to help, ideally people who can follow instructions.

Someone who is unable to pour urine out of a boot when the directions were printed on the sole, would be unlikely to fall into that category.

She probably needs to contact one of the helpers with more patience than me.

I know what you mean - she's been given detailed instructions how to find threads etc...... and I even supplied a bullet point defence list to build upon.

She will no doubt have a default CCJ at this rate then come back what to do.

Lazos thread is proving interesting and being watched with a keen eye by PE - although still at LBC stage..:)
  • Who is power lady ?
    Where is she based ?

Don't know where she's based but the only thread she seems to find is the sticky thread by Daisy LBCCC fightback...

I understand BP, are you able to tell us if you have any more planned court appearrances in the pipeline? I love reading about PE spankings!

Of course I appreciate if you're not in a position to disclose to us at this stage, we all know the parking speyes are reading this.
