Lazos thread is proving interesting and being watched with a keen eye by PE - although still at LBC stage..:)

Aww shucks, 4consumerrights you didn't need need to ;).

Hopefully a lot more fun to be had with it yet...Great to see these results, hope this gives everyone the confidence they need to not just give in.

Newbies-These tickets are unenforceable if you follow the advice given here. The cases mentioned in this thread are the extreme end of the spectrum, and the relevant justice was still served! Don't leave it too late.

Rumour has it PE didn't/ probably couldn't produce a valid landowner contract even though the defendant asked for a copy last November, PE's solicitor gave the excuse ' they didn't want to add to PE's costs in bringing this case to court ', more likely they didn't want to produce one with 'another ' different date on it, further more this case took 3 HOURS can you believe that, maybe the judge was extracting every last bit of info from PE so they are fully armed for the next case PE bring in this court.

I think bob? is referring to a different case which I think was at Barrow. It was also flagged up on PPP today:-

Another loss for Parking Eye at Barrow in Furness County Court this week, in previous cases they produced a dodgy landowner contract but this week turned up with NO contract at all, to top it all off the Judge ordered them to pay the defendant £65 all in all a good day again in Barrow Courts
