Lainiee and go for Benefit Master!
Looks like the range do not own the land at Shirley and the landowner did not give permssion for Parking Eye .

BUMP AGAIN TOO!
More Parking Eye Losses announced today in Sheffield and Birmingham - the county court circuit judges are wising up to the fact that Parking Eye do not have the legal standing to bring about court action in their own names.
Of course these were also forum aided defences - the very same ones that Parking Eye still lie about on their website by inferring that the forum advice is no good......
Still as reported in the Bristol case recently Parking Eye apparently are now so concerned about the forums help and assistance that they believe there is a vendetta against them. Shame really because it is obviously Parking Eye who has he vendetta in issuing spurious court claims where they have no locus standi to pursue these charges - which are purely a revenue raising means. These charges are thus a punitive and penal by nature which has also been decided in court. The DVLA are now looking into the release of registered keeper details in the light of the Lemon/Harris cases at the Range.0 -

Nice results recently, and many with transcripts coming in as well.

These winning transcripts are so going to do these scammers so much damage, when every defendant goes to court with these in their possession/defence PE will indeed be crying about a VENDETTA.0

Lindsay Ginifer Curran Not at all. I've been having the same experiences. How they treat people is appalling and I don't know how they think they can get away with it.

Michael Porkins Another post deleted so another piggyback. The Range say if we don't sell it you don't need it. Do they sell DUMP PARKINGEYE t-shirts? I need some.

Michael Porkins I've posted twice asking The Range if they receive money from ParkingEye for allowing them to manage their carparks. As the posts instantly disappear I hope you don't mind me piggybacking your post Lindsay.
