When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.

Yes reckon we should set up a Facebook page to boycott all places that have parking eye infesting their car parks, this is not just Aldi or The Range but all them. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.

Hello. We brought in car park management systems as we found that our car parks were being abused by motorists that were not shopping at The Range and using the car park as free parking while they went elsewhere. This prevented our valued customers from parking on site.
We decided to provide up to 2 hours free parking for customers whilst shopping in our stores and therefore engaged a national car park management company to assist us with this.
The overwhelming majority of customers follow the terms and conditions, however if a Range customer does receive a Parking Charge Notice then they can appeal against the notice that has been issued by following the steps documented on the reverse of the Parking Charge Notice.
I like their misplaced faith in PE's "appeals" process!What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
I'm not sure which is the better - say nothing via silence, or say nothing with a copy and paste WeberShandwick style

Both equally frustrating and both clear indications of customers being taken for granted (and for a ride) by these 'pile em high, flog em cheap' outfits. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
