  • Oh dear - yes Parking Prankster's You Tube clip has been stopped "breach of copyright"

However Prankster's dry sense of humour and wit is undeterred as he has now done a Range/BPA comp on his blog:

Personally, Instead of BPA forcing correct signage; I would prefer the correct sanction points for breaches of COP to be imposed .....

Has anyone see their Christmas advert? It shows two giant turkeys hassling customers in their car park.

Seemingly they couldn't run to a couple of vultures :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It must be terrible all this negative publicity they are getting, even the prankster seems to be on a mission against them ;)

So another happy customer of the range
'Well done' The Range, another customer lost due to your parking 'management' company, Parking Eye.

Oh, and don't bother giving me the standard response of 'please appeal'......I already have.
