The Range and Parking Eye

If you think you are going to be in store for more than 2 hours (less than 3) just inform the coffee shop or customer service before you leave, giving them your number plate and they can add it to the system, so you shouldn't get a ticket.
btw at the checkout we have a parking eye thingy to fill in if anyone thinks they have been in for a bit longer.

And you think that makes it OK for the protection racket to continue against those poor victims who are too preoccupied or infirm or old to notice all that paraphernalia?!
You really think people should have to remember to take steps to avoid being ripped off and if they fail - well tough, the old dear or the grieving preoccupied widow will pay out of her pension, or the busy Mum who never saw the stupid 'ParkingEye thingy' will have to use her child benefit money?!
Also how exactly are all customers supposed to know all this? The Range should be ashamed of themselves and their tacit support of a racket.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am totally baffled why people with these fake witness statements in court bundles are not demanding the signatories attend court for questioning on oath ?
As clear a case of contempt of court I have ever seen, providing a false statement.
I can not see any of those involved walking out of the court room once it become apparent they have committed contempt by filing false evidence.
Here is the opportunity on a plate to have them sent to the clink for six months going to waste ?
Get them in the ruddy court for questioning, we will have a whip round for the expenses claim if it goes against.
What an incredible opportunity going to waste to teach them a lesson they will never forget.Be happy...;)0 -
Bumping the Range & Parking Eye's cosy little set up as it was on page three.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Trouble is lollipopsarah no-one can rely on The Range's customer services to do anything right.
The Range was supposed to cancel Lainee's parking charge and after court papers were issued. They failed and judgment was passed without knowledge. The Range then lied about ownership and what they did.
So now the Range and Parking Eye are facing a counterclaim under breach of the Equality Act

Hope lainieee manages to get justice. That case was shocking (but typical in that cameras take no account of, nor make any allowance for, protected characteristics as defined in the Equality Act 2010).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If this is a company policy of The Range, could you pm me a copy of any document mentioning it please? I am very interested in any business that have unknown exemptions for certain consumers.0 -
This new posting on the Range FB:-
ELDERLY COUPLE IN 90'S TICKETED BY PARKING EYE WHILST SHOPPING AT THE RANGE AND DISPLAYING A BLUE DISABLED BADGE!
Invited Parking Eye to Refund the £60 they took from pensioners aged 90 years plus who, although shopped and purchased goods at the range, because of the severe mobility issues of one, were a little longer than 2 hours on the car park.
Too frightened and confused to appeal and didn't want to get into trouble. Will the festive season fall upon this lovely couple or will Parking Eye ruin it....???
Perhaps as the owner of the Range you can intervene? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
