Although I suspect this case is of interest perhaps to too many people to warrant risking rocking up on the day to watch -and be sure of getting in (although I may change my mind and give it go) it's an interesting visit at any time to see how justice works at this level.
I visited a few weeks ago and found it far more compelling to watch than our visit later in the day to the Old Bailey to see Rebecca Brooks and co in the phone hacking case.

I regret that Mrs Vauban is travelling with work that week so I will be in charge of the Vaubanettes: I'm not sure they are quite ready for the High Court experience (or the High Court for them, for that matter). Glad that it is sooner rather than later, however.

    Please don't double post.
There is answer on the Thomson thread where you first posted (although, to be fair, this thread would have been more appropriate)
The above is just my opinon - which counts for nowt! You must make up your own mind.

If Jet2 lose is this as far as they can take it or is there some other time wasting appeal they can instigate?

To the Supreme Court but only if either the Court of Appeal or the Supreme Court give permission. They would have to be satisfied that the case raised a very substantial point of law.

I suppose it does so it probably will. 'Sigh"

When I started my pursuit of compensation with Thomas Cook I had no children.
Unbelievably by the time I get this to Court I reckon my second son will have been born in September! Nearly 2 years later.

Is the Supreme Court the next stop? Would they require "leave" to appeal there?

Is there a lawyer in the house?
