True to a certain extent, but much depends not on just resources per se.
Having the right argument and the right team to argue it is equally as important.

The UK legal system seems to love to waste time as much as the airlines it would seem. Surly they realise that a lot rides on this judgement? And if it goes to appeal, how many more months will that take to get to the appeal courts? The whole process is a joke.
