I think maybe the answer you want is:
It was a spirit
Or
It was a ghost
Or
It was magic.
There's no other explanation anyone can give is there?0 -

I know that but no one can give an explanation and there have been quite a few know all on this topic. There have been plenty say to look at this and that but none have given any reasonable explanation. All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0 -

Here we are, in the 21st Century, an age that despite the views of the people of Waco, Texas, we have proven that Genesis 1:16 is wrong, an age where we can communicate with actual people anywhere in the world, or even in outer space in a matter of seconds and an age where the sum of all human knowledge is greater than it is have ever been.... yet still we argue about things that go bump in the night.
Roll on the 22nd Century, maybe we'll have moved on by then.0 -
This subject is simply an argument about belief vs nonbelieve. It’s been argued on the basis of scientific truths (perspectives) vsbeliefs, but even science requires a “Leap of Faith” (belief) to become accepted.Take electricity for example. The lay person cannot: see it, smell it, taste itor feel it. Our only awareness of it isthrough the scientific claimed effects of it and its our BELIEF that makes it areality. You cannot prove it to a disbeliever , you can only demonstratewhat is scientifically accepted (believed) to be the effects of it, such as light, shock, short circuit or needle movements etc, all of which require a circuit tobecome manifest.

So you think you had never said anything or have given off clues to anyone in the room, over your whole life, you may have done.0 -
So basically if you don't experience it, you can't believe in it. On the other hand those that have experienced and testify to the fact that they have witnessed something, are normally shot down by those who think it is an impossibility because they themselves have not had the satisfaction of having the same experience.
Quote:
You do not seek your own experience you accept the experience of others as gospel (literally) and then, when you encounter actual experience for the first time, you overlay what you think you already know onto the encounter.
If you did not do this, you might render your original teacher or source wrong. In most cases, you don't want to make your parents, your schools, your religions and traditions, your holy scriptures your scientists wrong - so you deny your own experience in favor of what you have been told to think.

Belief is a Creative Force.
Because a thing can't be proved does not mean that the thing does not exist. Someone had the belief that 'Electricity' could be created, without that belief where would we be today. Scientists also have belief, theirs is scientific, which is no more or less important than religious, we should respect each other beliefs, it would make for creating a far better world.
Mystery Matters
We live in a world that tries to explain everything. But does everything need to be explained? Should all of life's mysteries be unravelled?
Well, life is a mystery. And mystery matters! Search, See, Wonder. Keep interested in life and its keeps life interesting!

Sorry think you're wrong there. Scientists have curiosity, a need to understand why something exists or why throwing alkali metals in water makes them explode and so on...

I had never met these people in my life before.
They never touched me
I never touched them
I never touched the glass as it moved away from the centre of the board.
I had never spoken about my father until that night, it was a pure thought to catch the joker out, please remember that bit, I wanted to catch the magician/joker/scammer, call them what you want.
As I was not touching the glass I did not move it. I was not influenced by anyone I was not in contact with the glass after it began to move. All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.0
