    Good evening!

Why have I not seen this thread before? What a marvellous thing to try and attack my stash. I KNOW I have too much stuff in my toiletries stash. I'll write a LONG list at some point during the week before (potentially) posting it on here. I know I have many weaknesses including shampoo, lovely shower gels.... Argh!

  • Welcome Vicky.
I only joined a few days ago but writing my list was a huge wake up call.

It is lovely to see more new faces, welcome.

I have been a little naughty and ordered the Elemis set:o I think I will ask OH if it can be his Christmas pressie to me.

Hi Vicky and welcome! :) Shampoo and shower gel are two of my weaknesses too - I've yet to find my Holy Grail shampoo after years of trying hence why I have so many in my stash.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

    Morning ladies!

Welcome VickyA and welcome back Babafette :hello:

    I have a few UUs:

    13. MAC Bronzing Powder in Golden, 10g - HG, WBA but have, erm, a few of the No7 ones to use first from this summer's glitch :o

    14. Sure Max Protection deo - WBA, this was my first try and has quickly become a HG for me, it's the only APD I've ever tried which is 100% effective on me. I know it's pricey, but this lasted me for two months so I think it actually works out to be on a par with aerosols (which I'm sure I overspray). I have another in the stash but am going to use an aerosol Sure first.

    15. Witch Stick - WMBA, this was TA as there was very little left and I went to use the remnants this morning and found it to have dried out. I'm very lucky to generally not suffer with spots so this has been in use for years.

Annoyingly I have woken up with a few spots after going to bed with an itchy face. I'm attributing it to either the Philosophy cleanser or the Elemis PC cleansing balm - both of which I've only started to use in the past few days - as nothing else in my skincare regime has changed :(

So, I need to buy a replacement for the Witch Stick but will probably buy something different - perhaps move back to TBS tea tree oil stick (if they still stock it!) - anyone have any recommendations?

moneylessmac that sounds like a great deal on the Elemis, do you mind me asking where it was from as I'd like to get my OH some men's stuff for Christmas?

  • My UUs always seem to come in pairs!

    18. Our Patch Lavender Beeswax Hand and Foot Cream 75ml. WNBA (well, I was given it after losing my lovely L'Occitane Mango Flower hand cream at work, so would-not-ues-as-replacement-again). Too sticky and greasy. I think beeswax creams may not be for me.
    19. Lush Pumkin bubble bar. As before, I like this, but prefer Dorothy (same scent but turns the water blue not orange), and this was limited edition for Halloween anyway.

Sundaysgirl - the Elemis GWP is online at Debenhams.

    Welcome newbies.

    Have a uu

Lancôme La Vie est Belle - 2ml sample - this is very nice and I would happily buy a full size some time in the future. I have a 4ml sample in the stash of this.

Has anyone bothered with the S&G makeup set at Boots? I really like their makeup but am not keen on sets like this where everything is together.

UU: Gliss shampoo. WBA if it was on offer, I have no loyalty to any particular shampoo brand. As long as it cleans my hair and is cheap... ;)
