Apologies for enabling, but a free sample of La Roche-posay spot cream here...

I've applied for a sample and because it's free it's not actually buying...Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

Sincere apologies to IlonaRN, I've been pmmed and corrected as well. Thank you Mini .
My previous comments do not refer to her but the 'other Ilona'.
Back on topic.
UU Sure Maximum Trisolid Cream Anti-Perspirant. 45ml
WIBA?
This is one of the most expensive deo products on the market and is the only one to come near matching my HG, Mitchum. I love the shaped applicator but I wonder how much is wasted, trapped under the perforated top that the cream comes through. With Mitchum £1 a throw for 50ml in Savers and Wilko's I don't think I'll be buying it again soon though.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... Hi Guys,
I have lots of catching up to do so excuse the multiple posts whilst I catch up with everyone :jTheOxfordOwl wrote: »Oh my god Sakura!! I am so jealous!
Actually, I'm just jealous of your stash in general. So many lovely LE and discontinued things!
Muahahahahaha! :rotfl: Yeah it is lovely but it is about 5 years worth of stuff that is unloved and I am glad I am on here because it is getting used and being enjoyed. I am not as precious about rare things anymore
If you really like the look of something PM me and you never know, I may send it your way :-D I think someone else on here did about something but I've completely forgotton who that was...I need go check thatClutterfree wrote: »Morning Ladies,
Hope you all are well.
I have started to compile my list and will post it here when done.
I didn't realise it was that bad until I started the list.
Is there a character maximum per post???!!! :rotfl:
I feel your pain!!! I was worried about that too. I will look out for your listI am sure its no worse than mine
I placed an order with Debenhams last Wednesday and it hasn't arrived, they don't give any tracking information so I contacted their worse than useless customer services and am still waiting. The Beauty card bonus points are another pain, they don't show the total points you will get when you order and they take ages to add them and you have to chase them up.
What a pain Dolly sorry to hear you are having so much trouble with this, that's not very good customer service is it?!Don't turn a slip up into a give up

Off topic completely, hubby has just looked over to see what I'm doing and has asked why I'm reading a thread called "No buying unnecessary toilet." as that's all that fits on the tab :rotfl::rotfl:
Ahahahahahaha LOVE it!!! :rotfl:Clutterfree wrote: »Finally finished my stash list.
I feel a tad ashamed about how much stuff I actually have.
Anyway, here it is, I will count up how much is in each category and edit later. I want to get this posted and hide.
Please try not to judge me too harshly.
Deep breath, here goes...

(and I actually threw away 20 items that didn't even make the list!)
Ohhhhh it's not too bad at ALL clutterfree, its on now and that's the important thing because it can help you focus on using everything up to get it down to an ideal amount you would like to havewondercollie wrote: »I want to let you guys know we are being discussed on Ilona's blog.
I tried to post a reply last night using our viewpoint but she decided not to post it.
So, if anyone comes here from her blog, here it is:
We all have weaknesses and it takes a lot to recognize it. I personally don't drink or smoke. I just have a weakness for pretty packaging.
Many on our thread give away our surpluses to homeless shelters and homes for victims of domestic violence.
In the past, Ilona, you have written about happily accepting gifts of these products from your friend. Don't go being judgmental lest you be judged.
It's not the exact post but it gets my opinion across.
I don't go on her site and decry some of her frugal lifestyle choice.
We support lots of business and charities with our choices.
Anyhoo. That's off my chest.
Huh? Who is Ilona?Don't turn a slip up into a give up

I'm really upset by this. I am assuming her little snark about someone having nearly 400 items is aimed at me, as it's right there in my signature for all to see. Not to be all 'farewell cruel world' about it, but after a bad day at work, run ragged and exhausted, it's really upset me to see a spotlight shone on me, and a holier than thou sniggering from someone who frankly, doesn't have squat to do with this place.
I guess I'll be reconsidering how free I am with my personal information here, if other members of MSE are just going to use it as fodder for their own profit. It might not be you as I think we have quite a few 400+ members, and even if it is so what! Who are you harming?? It's not nice though if you've had a bad day, sometimes it can feel like the world is against you! Those are the times that we pamper ourselves with our stash and feel that little bit better for it! Its a lovely friendly, genuinely warm, little thread that you can rely on for a lot more than just the toiletries aspect and I'd rather be a part of this than going solo writing a blog that seems to think its perfectly acceptable to have pot shots at other people who are happily going about what they do and not giving anyone any bother.... Sorry, but its annoyed me too
Plenty of threads on this site are very scary places I wouldn't dare to tread for fear of being trolled, here I know that'd never happen or if it did that I'd certainly be defended. All credit to us :TClutterfree wrote: »Hi RL,
Don't let them upset you. I must admit I felt the same as you as I had just posted my list and *almost* came back and deleted it.
BUT if I do that, I won't be addressing my problem and I needed to see it in black and white. A lot of my products are half used because I'm always on the look out for the next best thing.
We can all support each other to reduce our stash and tbh I'd prefer to be me than someone who judges others through the anonymity of their blog.
Some people spend a fortune on bags and shoes, others on holidays or cars. I spend mine on cosmetics and toiletries. I'm not in debt so it is not a problem in that respect, but I AM fed up with having so many "things".
We will get there! :T
Wow...have I missed something here? Do i want to read this blog post or will I get upset by it?Don't turn a slip up into a give up

No ins or uus for me since my last post, I haven't really been using much...
Also, not to kick off more drama, but Rosemary (and everyone else), please don't donate to the Salvation Army, they're known for being anti-LGBT, to the point of refusing aid to gay or trans people. In mild terms, that's not very humanitarian!
I did not know this...that's not very good as you say. But let Rosemary give to the lovely old man collecting for them, I am sure that not everyone who is involved with the SA is homophobic, unfortunately it is pretty much still everywhere in our societyDon't turn a slip up into a give up

It was great thanks, really put me to work, felt really good afterwards, had a shower to clean up and wash hair, then a long soak in the bath:rotfl:
Oh yes, I am really feeling the muscles today, another hot soak when I got in this evening. I have never done anything like this before, walked a lot, cycled sometimes and played badminton from time to time, but nothing for a long time, I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. I have bought an electrically assisted bike and done a few rides (between 4 and 8 miles), so once I learn to ride a bike properly again (haven't been on one for 18 years), I should get a lot fitter even if I cannot walk many miles now.
I hope that you do not too ache too much tomorrow, the no gain without pain thing seems to be true:rotfl:The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -

16. This Works Daily Boost Body Scrub - WNBA, this actually doesn't work. Not scrubby in the slightest. Gorgeous smell though!
17. Bio Oil 200ml - WMBA, if in risk of scarring, but I don't like it as a general moisturiser, takes too long to sink in! Only one more bottle of this to go!
I have a tube of the This Works scrub in the stash. I have a This Works Pillow Spray and a Sleep Balm and they don't work either. Funny when you consider the name.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler
