Lol, okay but if that lights on at 11pm you'll be told off! I'm shattered too so I shouldn't be on the computer telling people off for still being awake!

What time did you go to bed?

Remember it will take time for your body clock to get back to a normal routine. Try not to nap during the day, but instead to go to bed at, say, 11pm really tired so you get a good night's sleep.

Hope you have a productive day x

I made it to bed at about 10.55 after eating my supper. Then I had to get back up at 12.30/01.30 because I left the computer running a virus checker and it began making noises :o

I'll be back in bed early tonight.....oh infact.... I might have to take a nap today! I need to try to get 5/6 hours phone work done today as I'm away to visit the BF on friday, so I wont be working then and need to make up the loss. [email protected]

Hope you have a productive day too, hon :)

OK, but if you take a nap at lunchtime, set an alarm so that you don't sleep for more than about an hour. I hope you manage to get a good amount of phone work done this evening. There is a lady on one of the other boards that does her knitting whilst working on a chatline!

When you do start the phone work, perhaps you can come up with some way of "detaching" yourself from the situation so that any uneasiness is left behind when you put the phone down? Similar to "grounding" I suppose in a way. Suggestions for grounding include imagining a protective bubble around yourself before you start work, or washing your hands when you finish and watching any negative thoughts go down the plughole with the water.

Might just make it that little bit easier.

I don't know how I managed to miss this post last night. Thanks so much, hypno. I was (before you mentioned this) thinking of putting on my baseball cap whilst taking calls then when I'm done putting it away in a cupboard untill the next time, to keep the real me and phone me seperate. If I were to do this, I think once my stint with the phone is done I'd throw away the cap.

I ended up not having a nap after all, instead I went to mums for a late lunch :p I should take up knitting too and do that whilst on the phone. that's a good idea acutally, I have a friend who's going to be a mum for the first time in the new year :)

Good idea about the base ball cap.

Just wanted to say good luck for tonight. I am sure you will be fine.
