You don't mention nursery fees.
If it was their joint wage, why did they not claim HB.

For what it's worth I wish your son to be granted visitation rights. It is not right that he shouldn't be able to see his child.

Can I also add that the Court's usually veer towards alternate weekends, shared Christmas/birthdays and one/two weeks in the summer, all is not lost.
