  • Aggrieved, scammed dieters might like to write letters to the householders of 650 Duff Drive and 706 Duff Drive, Winter Garden, Florida 34787-5005 USA. Their next door neighbour at number 656 is Amarjit Singh Thaper. They should be advised to check the internet about who owns Healthy Nutrition Ltd of 3rd Floor, 14 Hanover Square, London W1S 1HY. They should also be advised to read this website to understand the experiences voiced by customers of this company. I am sure that they will be able to peice together the simple international jigsaw and draw their own conclusions about their neighbour.

They should also 'be advised' to look into what they are signing up to,before doing so.

Doesn't the return address depend to some extent on which company you placed the order with?

There are several companies selling this stuff.
Which company did you buy from?
  • It was on their own website

The point I was trying to make is that there are several companies, all using different websites. It really depends on which company, and hence which website, you ordered from.

Stating that "It was on their own website" is no use at all.

Furthermore, since these companies don't usually put the return address on their websites, it is extremely difficult to confirm which return address relates to which company. As you have contacted the company that sold the goods/subscription to you, your best course of action is to return the goods to the address that they have provided. To do anything else would be foolish.
Do keep copies of all correspondence, as if they fail to provide a refund you will be able to show that you have done everything possible and your card company may well be able to help you.
  • I placed an order 22/06/15 after thinking it was a free trial no terms and conditions on the website. So far no money has been taken from my account and I managed to speak to someone on the phone. Had a few emails off them so I have proof.
I have a RMA number so I can send back recorded delivery tomorrow I stated I didn't want them in possession of my information and to use it. I said I was aware it was fraud and so do the banks and he said "I'm sorry your bank thinks that but we Arnt" so far no money has left my account but I'm so worried (my husband would kill me lol) was so stupid to go along with the free trial.
I'm hoping it works and sending the product back will be an end to it.
  • First claims of weight losses of as much as 3lbs a day is not only unrealistic but also dangerous. To lose weight safely you really should not be losing more than 2lbs a week as any further weight is likely to be muscle mass.
  • If people actually read there terms and conditions instead of just agreeing to them you would realize it's your own mistake and not a scam. Take responsibility for your own mistakes instead of blaming the company when the website clearly states you have to call and cancel your trial.
