I actually got two emails from them today acknowledging my cancellation & promising to take me off the monthly payment scheme! They also said they would be refunding me £89! Strange but I will be keeping a close eye on my statements. I spoke to the bank again today about getting a new card & number but the guy said that wouldn't work as they could demand your new number from Visa! I would say never sign a Continuous Payment Agreement with anybody, well dodgy

Whilst I agree that normally if you have purchased an item with your card you are committed to buy.

However this is fraud and is an entirely different matter from a normal purchase and is an auto ship and credit card purchase scam. The company sell a product for maybe $20 and then use the credit card number they have to steal several hundred from the same number by claiming that the buyer was aware it was an auto ship program. Very often the terms and conditions do not exist at all when the person buys the product or they are changed after the purchase or are so hidden they are unreadable

Now to agree with you would mean you would think its ok if you pay for any item for twenty pounds for the seller to then later on help themselves and take a further several hundred pounds without authorization using the same credit card numbers. That is the basis for the autoship card scam

The advertising standards authority, the office of fair trading ect agree that what they are doing is deceptive and a scam.

Frankly if this fraud cannot be stamped out it means its no longer safe to use your credit card for anything and so it is in the interests of the credit card merchant accounts to stamp out autoship fraud.

In the USA there has been occasions when similar autoship fraud companies have not only had their Merchant Accounts revoked but they have lost class legal actions where thousands of the the scammed have taken out a joint legal action against the individuals and won because its been proved it was deliberate fraud

I think at long last I have managed to cancel my order. I haven't received any more products and thankfully no more money has been taken out of my credit card account during the last 4 weeks. I'm very unhappy with my bank, The Halifax for allowing the company to take payment out of my account after I have told the Halifax and also written to the bank and the company to attempt to stop further purchases. The company hasn't returned my money but my bank did replace some of it. I have put some information on the forum with a phone number and website, P28. Nightmare, my name, intend. Mine are Raspberry Ketone Blast. I've lost weight with all the stress, sleepless nights and worry. I've decised not to take the pills, I've joined slimming world started eating healthier and walking each day. I'm trying to find a new more ethical bank which will follow my instructions. I hope you all manage to get your money back. There are some helpful messages on this forum. Good Luck.

There is over 100 of these companies registered at companies house and most are interelated with the same founder. Many of these have the similar scam websites but they are related. What is weird is I dont think any have ever been registered as trading and are all classified as "dormant"! Also all directors are USA, China or Canada based other than "Robert Bedford". Draw your own conclusions

Apparently Nutra Labs, CC Labs USA, All Natural Labs, Advanced Nutra Health and Pure Nutra are all registered to a Mr Shawn Wakefield (Director ID: 917966153W1B 3HH) at: Third Floor 207 Regent Street, London, although obviously this is just a forwarding address. Anyone know where he lives?

The person who is in charge of that company (bear in mind this may bea fake names at companies house as the people behind the scam are professional fraudsters, and many are involved in drugs dealing and money laundering and worse is as you say Shawn Paul Wakefield and born in Britain in March 1981 and who has set up companies in these names: Aimee Cosmetics Ltd, Pure Nutra Limited , Advanced Nutra Health Limited, CCLabs USA Ltd, Aimee Skincare Ltd. It is a genuine deliberate scam with websites aloveracleanse-com , aloveramaxcleanse-com hcaboom-com, as well as fake newspapers reports such as onhealthreports24 .

It would be nice if we can all pool knowledge on these scumbags who are all interelated to about 120 websites most of which originate in Canada and USA. In USA a few of the bigger operators have been jailed for up to 40 years for similar scams and had class actions against them for fraud and it needs enough victims to be out for revenge

Personally Ild be eager to get the names and addresses of all those behind these scams and start embarassing and exposing them to friends, relatives and neighbours . I think naming and shaming may be one of the most effective deterants. (or sending group letters with dogshit in from thousands of victims as a ton of dog !!!! in their letterbox would be a nice start!)

In the meantime the person you mention is on linkedin under the name Shawn Paul Wakefield with a photograph and it says he lives in Marbella area although other online data is showing he lives in Barcelona.It would be interesting to gather information about his background in the UK and relatives

It does occur to me that he has countless limited companies set up in the UK and all are listed as "dormant". Perhaps the number of websites he is linked to is proof that these are not dormant and so he is trading illegally and cheating the VAT man and Tax man who generally has more powers than trading standards. So perhaps a letter to HMRC as a starting shot may cause some hassles as a start while we track him down, after all how can these companies be listed as dormant with no accounts being submitted if at the same time they are stealing money on live websites??? So not only are they cheating the public they are cheating the tax man with fraud and arguably shoudl be removed from companies house as they are fraudulantly saying they are dormant
