Its with O2 yes they asked for £250 but now they said they could do it for 89.99 but the only thing is i have to make sure they don do anything to the tariff and discount i have on my account as i wan to keep everything same just part from new phone.

Yes, be careful, the handset discount may be at the expense of having line rental discount for another year - when I last 'upgraded with O2 it was definitely an either/or choice.
    I think....

I was just about to go ahead with the above deal until i read they cant port my existing o2 number over to a new o2 contract - USELESS.

    back to the drawing board.

ive got to a point now where i am willing to pay £35 a month, but only if it comes with free voicemail.
  • Just spoken to t-mobile (my current provider) they will let me stay on my current flex-t20 package (£15 per month) and sell me an N95 for £120 if I sign a new 18-month contract with them.

My wife doesn't want a new phone and they have said that they will reduce her bill down to £5 per month for the duration of the contract if she keeps the same phone for another 18 months.

    What do people think?

I really wanted a free phone, but must admit that the reduction in line rental for the 2 phones from £30 down to £20 per month is quite attractive even thought I am going to be paying the other £10 per month up front for a free N95.

Interesting. I'm due for an upgrade from T mobile £15 flext too. Thats helpful. Checked with 2 places. 1st is Phones4 U on the high street. They offered Free N95, 750 mins, unlimited text, unlimited internet, £100 cashback (no redemption paid by bacs)on a 18 mth contract. £45 per month. Downgrade to any of the more affordable tariffs after 9 mths, which start at £18. With the cashback it makes the 1st 9 mths £33 -with vodaphone.... Got me thinking about changing tariffs midway. Phoned 3. They said they would waive the £50 handset charge for £28 talk plan 750 mins 150 text 18 months. AND said I could change tariff to a cheaper more text heavy one after 6 months, like the £20 texter (1000 text and 100 mins) That seems VERY attractive. Any good guys ??

Ok let me get something through to u guys from any retentions if u ask for a sim only u will get like a 12 month free deal an then u can buy the phone off ebay and still end up only paying 20 quid a month LOL

However if u dont have a contract at the moment...best deal for the n95:

    750 mins
    150 txt

    28 quid a month ....50 quid for the n95 ...

quidco u make some money as well which pays for the phone ...So n95 for 28 quid a month ...

If your not ggoing for the phone and just want a deal why not get this deal with the n95 and sell the n95 for 200 ....28*18= 504 for 18 months

    504- 200 = 304

    304/18 = 16.80 a month ....

16.80 a month an i think u still have 30 left from the quidco money ...LOL so u got ur first 2 months paid ow and refer a friend and get another 30 ....u just paid off nearly 4 months of your contract ....and ur only paying 16.80 ....

Then at the end of the 18 months you can get a 12 month free deal from retentions HEHEHEHEHE

Any tips on getting 12 months free with 02? I've been on online 20 50mins for past 18 months although only on a 12 month contract.

    Thanks,

    Tom
