Just call them on their 0800 numbers listed earlier in this thread, or listed on saynoto0870.com or the geographical number on the back of your debit card

Use http://www.saynoto0870.com/ to search for a Geographical number - I rarely ever need to ring a premium number, I can nearly always find either an 0800 or standard geographical number.

I have been trying to open A current account with Clydesdale. I applied through the phone banking. Later I have been asked to bring some form of Identifications which is actually ridiculous if I compare with other accounts that I have open so far:
- Three months salary slips
- Three months Banks Statements
- ID with photograph
- Utility bills
I did that about two weeks ago bringing my ID and other items to the branch.
I called back the phone banking but they did not receive it. So I came back again later last week and brought the same items. I called back today they have not received it
Any time I call I am dealing with a bunch of idiots as they have no knowledge of their own products, I need to start from the beginning and I will need to explain about this product which they should more knowledge then me sometimes they connect me to another number which after waiting 10-15 minutes nobody answer and get disconnected.
I need to inform their high ranking officials so they will aware what is actually going on the ground.
If you have the number or email so I could reach them without the need to deal with all of these idiots who are just wasting my time. Most of the time when I call [FONT="]0800 028 3632[/FONT]
they will connect me to the other number which nobody answer.
If anyone knows the number or email of high ranking officials rather then dealing with these bunch of idiots, I will very appreciate it.
Also is there any possibility I sue them for wasting my time, I have been to the branches twice, I have been spending hours and hours over the phone. Also they keep all of my ID paper work ?
Any other suggestion what I could do, it will be greatly appreciated.0 -

I got the letter saying my account was opened. Then card, internet log in and the little machine for payment.0 -
So how long did you have to wait for the letter I applied on Thursday and they okay'd my application and said I would receive all paperwork in the post."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

Should take 7 to 10 working days. When you got the letter, remember to call them to set up the phone and internet banking. Once all sorted, you need to apply the payment machine for over £300 from your online banking.0 -
