In to freezer - 10 portions of HM veggie pie.
Out of freezer - nothing.
I used a new recipe tonight - Veggie Pie - cooked veg were added to a cheese/onion white sauce - it was yummy. I did so much veg - made a large and small pie - so 12 portions - cost of pie - £2.79 - 24p portion Anyone want recipe - I will tell you where I found it.
We had the pie with HM wedges + roasted red pepper, red onion, tomatoes, celery, white onion.

We're doing quite well at this again. Made Quorn and Brocolli casserole from freezer/fridge bits last night. L/overs for lunch
Lifted out some roasting veg and fish cakes for dinner tonight, left over veg will go with some homemade falafels for lunches tomorrow.
Need to get some dog food, so only if there are good YS bargains will I pick bits up tonight.0 -

We had HM Bucks Bacon Badger + roast potatoes/parsnip + cabbage/carrots + gravy for dinner.

Evening.
In the freezer went 4 reduced price croissants.
Dinner was cottage pie (flo portion) the beans from Sunday and I cooked the reduced bag of beansprouts with soy sauce, peppers from freezer a bit of onion and garlic powder so had that as well, was yummy.
Also made a Tzaiki, need to get a pack of pittas now, great for a quick snack.Lose 28lb 3/28lb
