Chicken thighs have gone back in the freezer - they were still frozen solid so not a health hazard!  Reason:  managed to get a Lidl £1.50 fruit and veg box and it had a couple of aubergines in it so going to make an aubergine dhansak instead of a chicken curry!

The aubergine dhansak is now made so half of that will be going into the freezer later today once it has cooled down enough.

Out:- 2x portions of HM soup, 3x chicken breasts, blueberries, bread

The soup was supposed to be for lunch but that never happened as we had to go out, so it's in the fridge for tomorrow.
The chicken breasts made a casserole, enough left over to do something with it for tomorrow.
blueberries formed part of the pudding.
Hopefully there will be little freezer activity tomorrow.
