Out: cake batter to make 8 muffins,
It's been a leftover day, yesterday's casserole for DH with a puff pastry crust, and some YS crispy potato slices, a piece of breaded chicken for me - all from the fridge.
There's still plenty of fruit and veg in the fridge which will need using up in the next few days so I'll see if I can get a few more meals out of it before visiting the freezer again.
I've had shingles confirmed today, I've had back ache and a rash for a couple of weeks and eventually told DH who took one look at it and said shingles and he should know - then he had a go at me for keeping quiet. It's so painful0 -
Ouch @zafiro1984! Look after yourself.
Ms C is in Portugal this week for passport renewal etc, so even though got meals planned, got home last night and stuck a pizza in the oven.
Out: pizza, cooked quinoa

In: Cooked 500g bag of dried haricot beans - the equivalent of 2 cans in a sausage cassoulet for dinner tonight; equivalent of 3.5 cans frozen. There will definitely be leftovers of the cassoulet to be frozen but probably not until tomorrow!
Out: smoked salmon and prawns for lunch tomorrow
