carinjo said:Edit: 2nd salmon went a lot easier. Ended up with about 5kg of fillets for £30. Next time will ask for the heads to be added to bag for the fish stock planning to make. Definately a skill i will keep practising.1

o: minced beef and lamb for kefta, a package of bangers and a package of mashed potatoes, a small chuck roast, 2 boxes of pie crust, 1 jar of morello cherries and 3 packages of cream cheese making cherry galettes for dh and our neighbors (who LOVED the galettes). 2 dozen eggs--we eat a LOT of eggs. Oh, and a package streaky bacon. This morning I took out a whole chicken to eat this weekend.
I think I'm making some progress--you can actually see some air in each freezer!1 -

We're eating leftovers residing in the fridge from Easter, it was also DH's birthday. Then I'm going to move onto the small freezer in the kitchen which has all the bits and bobs - opened packets, bits of leftovers which have been frozen, It's a bit of a mish mash but there should be enough for a few days. Just going to check the other larger freezers to make sure they are all properly closed.1 -
