out; 2 x dover sole, because in lockdown one day is very much like any other, we have started to make more of an effort on Sundays. Out comes the proper coffee, best dinner service and I hate to admit it  - the cut glass and silver - sorry about that but it just shows our advancing age. Nearly forgot the table decoration with stuff from the garden and candles. We still haven't managed yet to change out of out work clothes and into something decent. So the table looks posh but we both look scruffy

@zafiro1984 - sloppy joes are like a lightly spiced mince sloppy burger! with chopped up veg  and tomatoes and baked in the oven and then topped with cheese and grilled.  Recipe I use is roughly this one:  https://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/syn-free-sloppy-joes.  There are various recipes online but I use this one because I follow Slimming World and this recipe is SW friendly!

It's really tasty.  We had ours served with sweet jacket potatoes this week.  Last time I made it we had it normal jacket potatoes but it's good in a bun too.  The website I've linked to also has a recipe using it in a pasta bake but I haven't tried that yet but will one day!
