I've been following this thread for ever but have never posted before today!
My freezer is full (it's only a little one!) so I've decided I need to make more of a concerted effort to eat stuff out of it before I buy anything new!
I have lots of random packets of meat, vegetables etc which I intend to do some bulk cooking with - I work fairly long hours, and as it's just me at home I'd rather cook then refreeze in a form that's quicker and easier to eat when needed!
So tonight I got 4 chicken breasts, and 2 containers of home made stock out to defrost - will be making some soup, and some curry using up some frozen veg as well, later in the week!0 -
May I join please, think I have tried once before and had to slink away, and probably still got some of the packets and jars from that attempt too, I will read some of the posts for ideas later.Do I need it or just want it.0
