Eating out of the freezer and cupboards challenge - part two

As expected, I didn't go out over the weekend, so no local weekend food shopping.
Had a look in the fridge freezer this a.m. Those 2017 freezer items to be used up are now 11.5 portions which are from 4 recipes. Creeping very slowly then to finally having all of these albeit it may have taken 3 months!
I'm doing the opposite as I am using up items to go into the freezer - I've made welsh cakes, thai green curries and cheese sauces. All are now in the freezer except one portion of cheese sauce which I will have with my dinner today (savoury pancakes).

Bad day today. I've just broken the front of one of the drawers in the upright freezer, it's a bit of a nuisance but my fault as It was crammed full of venison. I can remember being very proud that I'd managed to get a whole deer in the drawer - stupid me.
I was trying to get some out to make steak and kidney pudding for dinner when the drawer stuck and the plastic front broke as I pulled it. I'll have look on eB... to see if I can find a replacement.
In:- 3 x beef kidneys - on offer at the supermarket
Out: diced venison, sausages to make sausage rolls for tomorrows lunch, puff pastry.0 -
Now 9.5 portions from the remaining 4 batch cooked recipes to use up (made in 2017). Hopefully, I'd like to use them all up before the end of March but new purchases/ inconsistent appetite "distracts" me.
My online (food) grocery order came yesterday. It's usually mainly UHT milk and cream although this time, some additional purchases were made. Also, whilst out shopping for somebody else, I bought three store cupboard items plus one for the fridge.
Thanks for your comment Frogletina. I have a tendency to create new recipes from the fridge and store cupboard ingredients.0 -
