strawberries and blueberries that my visitor decided they wanted but then didn't eat! I've hulled and halved the strawberries and will add them both to prosecco/wine/gin etc as needed as none of us really eat fruit in this house but I hate waste.

    Out
    6 sausages
    4 beef burgers
    1 pack of streaky bacon

You could liquidise them and add to natural yogurt

Re your previous post. I too shall have to stock-take as our Son is house and cat sitting this month and he definitely won't maintain a record of what he uses (I am bad enough!)

Yum! My regular breakfast is a mix of raw jumbo oats with natural greek yogurt, whatever fruit is on hand and some nuts and seeds. Fills me up for hours and delicious!
