Looools flo you are so straight to the point I love it, I didn't bake-he was obese. No messing around there then.

I have had a great ys day, topside of beef joint, chicken lattice and several Chinese takeaway meals, I was going to have Chinese today as a treat, so saved a bit of money, I've had ribs, egg fried rice and chicken chow mein, enough left for dinner tomorrow.
Well Mr F would agree that he was obese - he tells everyone that I am the reason he is still alive. He always thought that he would die young - had always been overweight as was his Dad.

I am doing slightly better at clearing the freezer but not QUITE as well as I had planned! I am at home for four days which is a treat, I need milk and veg but nothing else.

Out: beef stew, mushroom korma and lamb rogan josh
In: 4 x wholemeal muffins, roast plums, roast tomatoes
  • Woohoo! A day later than planned but I've made Mrs F's In and Out pudding and it looks OK to me (haven't tasted it yet though!):j

I've taken a photo but I've no idea how to upload it here, can anyone help please?:o

    So chuffed with myself!:D

  • Ooh, Mrs F your dinner looks delicious, I LOVE liver and bacon but haven't had it since childhood when my Mum used to make it for us. Yum.

No freezer to eat out of but I have been trying to use up fridge/ cupboard stuff. Tonight I had a pasta & vegetable ready meal that was two days past it's use by date, but it was perfectly OK. Tasted my first ever homemade (by me!) pudding as well and it's pretty fab (I think I need to mix it a bit more thoroughly next time but still good).

Still trying to work out how to post a picture of my 'In and Out' pudding c/o Mrs F, but haven't sussed it yet so I'll try again in the morning when I hope my brain will be a bit more alert.
