Hi have briefly read through the old posts on here regarding this company.
I'm a little confused but it seems as this company has gone down the pan?
Has anyone received their cashback from this company and if not what options do I have?
After reading Martin's article on casback from mobile phone company's I double checked the t&c's on my contract and then thought I'd search on here for mobilephonesontheweb.com...............little alarmed to see this company is looking dodgy
Any help would be much appreciated
just checked their website which now doesn't existFriendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings

No hope of any cashback.

Although it took a while, you're better off than most who were with Mobile Affiliates. Vodafone acted supremely fast based on their experience with Mobile Connections (your dealer) but after initially giving a few the £5 deal they reverted to half-price. Still excellent and far better than the other networks.0

I've recently (5 months) purchased a mobile phone from a company called mobilephonesontheweb.com. Now, when it is time to redeem my first cash back, their website is down, their telephone lines are down and after some research, i found out that their company is in administration. but they are also trying to defraud more people by running other websites like mobculture.com.
my total cash back is £480 and would request members to tell me my options. if the cash back company goes bust, what is the status of my contract with the mobile company (Orange). can i simply call orange and tell them that it is frustrated because my intentions for getting into the contract were due to the cash back option and because the original company has now gone bust, it is not possible to get the performance as initially intended? if not, are there any other contractual arguments that can get me rid of this contract?
Thanks in advance for looking and replying as well.0 -

Any advice that you receive from me is worth exactly what you paid for it. Not a penny more or a penny less.0 -
