You know.. I think you are one of the more beautiful people I have had the joy of knowing... You offer support and advice and well wishes to us grotbags. You have a special place you share with your wolfy cousins and their owners ask for you because you care for their fluffies and they appreciate that and the wolfy cousins are loved and cared for and they know it too. Your parents were obviously very stupid to not realise what a lovely person you turned out in spite of their improper treatment of you. Mr Wolf obviously sees all those things in you too!!!
^^^ Wot she said.Once I've done the school run I head to work for a few hours, I have an hour between finishing work and collecting my little one from school, then I get their dinner ready and head back to work 5pm-8pm....Anyone have any tips??!!
Couldn't just read that and run. It sounds as though you're going to be super-busy just keeping up with yourself, never mind Flying. As someone who doesn't manage a tenth of what you cram into a day, the only tip I'd offer is that if you have the energy, tidying things away using AnW'smum's (patented) Dot to Dot method would stand you in good stead.katykicker wrote: »Home from hospital appointment. It sounds as though you are having a horribly worrying time. (((Hugs))) and buckets of chocolate.
I'm so glad your OH has had some good news on the job front, GI. I hope it goes well for him.
Thank you everyone for the kind thoughts regarding the 'Fang Farrier' - loved that, LW! I treated myself to two paractemol about an hour and a half before the appointment and that made a world of difference.Better is good enough.0 -
Evening everyone, been to work, tidied kitchen, got tea out of slow cooker- beef stew with yorkies - yum with apple crumble and custard yum!
Katy- big hug to you
[QUOTE=LameWolf;63445930]Hi all.
Bossy thanks for the stars– I seem to have a veritable constellation!
My Challenge is, I think, going to be lifelong; having had it dinned into me by my mother that I'd always be ugly, and never amount to anything, (“neither use nor ornament” was one of her favourites) coupled with the awful, awful things my father did *shudders*, I find looking after myself in terms of “pampering” extremely difficult, so I'm so glad of the encouragement.
I've put on my agate necklace, changed my earrings (usually the same ones stay in for months on end) and got Mr LW to trim the split ends off my hair today. See, I am trying.:D
Your DNA providers were certainly something:( Despite them and their abuse you are a lovely caring individual much loved by MrLW and canines nationwide as well as us flyladies:A:A:AYou know.. Good morning
I managed a few things off the list yesterday. I made soup for lunch, set off DW, made a 'quick roast' dinner for 6 children and I even made them some chocolate brownies for pud! Didn't get my studying done toughI will try today.
At the moment I am having a new boiler fitted :j:j For FREE! Yay! I started the ball rolling on this one in May  Luckily I don't have any children until 12pm today, but I have risk assessed anyway, and that is in the folder for Ofsted to see (if & when they turn up) It was booked as a 2 day install, but the man said it should be done by about 1pmJust as well, as I have 6 children after school, that will want feeding.
DH is walking the dog. He enjoyed his day at the Sally Army yesterday (a local centre with horticultural, farm, restaurant etc, that caters for young people with special needs). he is back there on Thursday. Thank you for the good wishes re his job. He left his previous employment in January, under a bit of a cloud (his own fault - long story - won't go there!!), so this job is so important to his self esteem, and his references, as well as earning a bit of money. That is the reason he is doing voluntary work as well (without the money bit!)
Ok. I am going to do some studying now, and maybe some paperwork. I may have to make a cuppa, as I am cold!0 -

Hello all.
Couldn't sleep last night. Can't sleep when Mr Harket isn't here. He's back tomorrow. So after 2 nights of little sleep I don't feel up to doing anything.
I have stripped small child's bed, not mine, mine was done a few days ago.
Need to vacuum & dust upstairs.
Resisting the urge to sleep on the sofa or I really won't sleep tonight.
Love, hugs & spoons xxx0
