Well done for mustering the willpower to do your uni work and the Shred while feeling a bit poorly... I have seen it mentioned on a few threads, and it really sounds like something I would NOT enjoy at all0

Not much to report today apart from a busy day, shopping done with only couple of things left to get at some point.
Shred L3 to start tomorrow along with getting on with some housework after work and that's about it!

Shopping finished this week including holiday items. Happily one more week left before a break and am I ready for a week away? Oh yes, and I almost can't wait!
Work over for this week and still feeling very tired. Will drag myself up in a bit to start the weekend cleaning routine. Bedding is drying outside in the warm breeze.
Tomorrow I'll be watching plenty of rugby, getting on with that uni work, long dog walks, exercise and some rather delish meals all being well!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
So much for the warm breeze, very grey and cloudy and cold now! Washing almost dry and finishing off inside. Cleaning all done for today with the rest to finish off over the weekend.
Trying to motivate myself to do Shred when I don't really feel like it today, let's see if I wake up on the dog walk!

CPP refund has gone into my account after checking back accounts. Moved into another account for the holiday or a new pair of much needed work shoes/boots. Well that arrived quick after being posted back on Tues and into my account on Friday. Case now closed.
Then checked the other accounts and have been offered the chance to upgrade my very basic account to a current account. This account was left unused for about 10yrs and never had any pennies in it for all that time until I taught myself to save and then reactivate it last year to pay my savings into. Since then all has worked well with budgeting and savings. Have applied for the lowest level current account as I don't need an overdraft, of course as I am working to stay in credit in my other account and have no plan of going into the red.
The choice was either a monthly fee account, a fee paying overdraft switching account and DD or the basic current account which I've gone for to see if I can get a slightly better debit card. Not that I need one really but it might look better on my credit file to have a better current account than the most basic with limits. Awaiting a response to see if the application has been approved. If it is it will show my how far I've come over the last 12 months.
Had a good chat with my friend today about budgeting and cutting back financially in some areas to save up for certain things. Always enjoy this kind of chat to talk about what has worked and what didn't work in the past to share experiences rather than how I would have been in the past and not spoken about this at all and stayed clamed up about finances. Now that shows me how far I have come as I can talk openly about my experiences and what's worked for me.
Also got confirmation that my old pension contributions will cease next month as requested so thats some more to me and my new pension will continue as planned. For the best and another string cut with my old job. That's the thing that kept me there in the past that I held onto for many years as a reason to stay. In the end it turned out I was happy to change that and it was the best decision for me and certainly not a reason to stay there at all. Hoping in 6 mths I can leave and move on for good now oat of the strings keeping me there I've cut.
Not doing Shred as feel very tired and hormonal so as normal service will be resumed tomorrow I'll do it then.final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Today I have done the banking checks - all in order and up to date there.
Washing on to see if it will dry outside
Swept up outside and chucked out more in the big garden tidy up which is taking all year so far as its bin collection next week
Coffee time here of course!
Then its on with cleaning out that final kitchen cupboard - at last! 2 months it's taken but worth it as I now have tidy ordered clean cupboards. Doing one a week worked even though it took 2 months better than doing all at once for me.
Then clean the floors and so on
Then watch rugby, sort out uni work, long dog walk, Shred and out for tea!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -
Cleaning all done for today. Floors swept and mopped, hoovering done, final kitchen cupboard cleared out, cleaned and tidied. All done, yeah! Also hoovered all the ceiling cobwebs up in the kitchen too. Now that's jobs put off for a long time done!
Looks like a couple of hours uni work this afternoon then, can't wait until that's finished in a months timefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Shred done day 2 L3. Hard going this time, planning a day off tomorrow. Sorted put more old uni work this afternoon for recycling and also found the file needed for the next stage. No work done today though and will do some tomorrow to get this stage finished.
Really sore throat all day today after waking up with it which must be a hangover from last week. Early night planned here as feeling run down once again.
2 items sold this week for a bit more than expected and relisted the ones that didn't sell. Let's see how they get on this week!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
