That's entirely the users choice, which they are in control of. Doesn't grant MSE anything beyond the MSE T&Cs regarding republishing.

However, a users MSE forum name isn't text posted by a user as post text. Therefor putting a MSE users forum name on Twitter may violate the MSE T&C.

That doesn't actually make sense - to own a copyright grants you certain rights - and this violates those rights.???????

MSE acknowledge that the user owns the copyright, by submitting the post text the copyright holder agrees to grant MSE the use of the data as stated.

Which appears to not include republishing by third parties, licensing to third parties, sub licensing by third parties.
