Yeah, surely you know by now that we're all selfish b*t***s and that adopting is as easy as getting things from ebay?
ETA: I haven't actually read these comments but have made the mistake enough times previously to have a good guess at the contents!0 -
Feeling very unattractively jealous right now. I know it's silly - it's not like there's only so many babies to go round and just because other people are pg doesn't mean it can't happen for me. But that's how it feels at the moment. Like everyone else has what I want and they don't deserve it.
So now as well as feeling useless and infertile I also feel like an utter cowbag.
Don't think there's much doubt now that AF is imminent... always have a complete mood slump the day before.0 -

I know the feeling. Plus just before AF I feel so FAT. Bloated, and I put on a few KG which makes me additionally miserable.
But - AF symptoms are also BFP symptoms. Fingers crossed my dear.0 -
Hi teacakedeath, was wondering where you were. So sorry to hear about all that crap. Big hug here. Gutted for you. You be as bitter as you like! xxx
So so sorry PM for your loss xxx
Fannyanna so sorry you're admitting defeat. I think at a certain point it is best for your sanity if you feel it's the end of the journey for you. Huge hugs and wishing you and your OH the very best of luck for the future xxx
Yay for holiday T2D! Ive found since TTC I really enjoy a holiday - total break from the stress of it all. Even BDing is more fun!

Argh - just read some of those comments! Makes me so sad - it seems many people think IVF shouldn't be on the NHS (illogical). Makes me think if any of my friends or family feel this way.
Adopting. Love the way people who have children easily always suggest this. Well why didn't YOU adopt then?!0 -
I just want to say - Not that I think there's anything wrong with adopting, or think it's not an amazing thing to do. I will consider adopting myself at some point, whether I have a child naturally or not. It just bugs me that people just seem to try to make out it's the same thing. It's almost like a shrug of the shoulders, quick fix suggestion, which they haven't thought through at all.0

Come on girls! Don't you know by now that as infertiles, we are single handedly responsible for all the unwanted children out there!
SK xAfter 4 years of heartache, 3 rounds of IVF and 1 loss :A - we are finally expecting our miracle Ki11en - May 2014 :j
And a VERY surprise miracle in March 2017!0 -
Finally some movement here. We had our consultants (well nurse) appointment this morning at Liverpool Womens. She asked a lot of medical questions, checked the paperwork and talked us through the process. Our test results came back fine. We're on CD4 :-( So, it's too late to join the IVF list this cycle but we'll be good to go next month. That means the joey will only go back in the kangaroo pouch in January; 6 months after we were referred. Man, the process takes forever.
Here's some useful information I found out today:- During the fake period, when taking the down regulation drugs, I can still take ibupofen for the pain. The information pack said only to take paracetamol. Ibupofen cannot be taken later.
- Embryoscope and EEVA is not an extra charge.
- You do not need to get a Prescription Payment Certificate for this initial appointment; get one when the drugs invoice arrives.
