Quick update from me:
no ICSI this time as there are no slots so update to waiting for a start date pleaseSealed Pot Challenge #9550 -
I need more creme eggs, have got a right grump on this morning :o
My skin is AWFUL! It's never been great, but omg I look like a halloween costume at the moment. It's making me want to move into the spare room, get under the duvet and never come out again. Also have really unattractive cracking at the sides of my lips (think it's angular cheilitis). Am not impressed!
Have given up on ov. I either missed it or it's not going to happen. Now on CD33 and just waiting for AF (could be anytime in the next 30-odd days) so we can get going again.
Am v happy about our amazing trio on here.... need to focus on that rather than whinging!0 -
Baseline scan for me tomorrow morning - I'm kind of looking forward to it (another hurdle crossed yay) but there's all these thoughts in the back of my mind that the buserelin hasn't worked. _pale_
What happens if it doesn't work? Do they just keep you dr-ing for longer? I have no idea even about what numbers or stats I should be looking for or asking about.
I know, feel free to tell me I'm being stupid...0 -
FP - it will work. It always works, although sometimes it can be a bit symptomless. The first time I did it I knew it was working as I felt so horrible, the second time I also really doubted! But each time the result was the same - quiet, inactive ovaries.
I think DR is the most reliable step in the process.0 -

Thanks for the comments on the headaches. Been much better today so hope my extreme sauna hot sweats at night may have cleared the clomid from my body!
Good luck tomorrow frozen. I have my HSG in the morning and I'm getting stomach ache just thinking about it
But on a positive I will know the results tomorrow and if all ok will be seeing the FS in 4 weeks to discuss the next steps. DP has his SA update the morning of our FS appt so fingers crossed the results appear on his record by the afternoon.
Hope all you BFP ladies are taking it easy xx0 -
Loveactually wrote: »Hi getting there,
My appointment is also on Tuesday all the best for your appointment.
May be we can be cycle buddies if we start our treatment at same time.
With which hospital is your appt? If you don't mind me asking
My app is in Cardiff. Would love to be cycle buddies if we do start the same time. Sending you lots of luck for your app too!Sat in bed in tears all because of work again.
I've come to that point in my cycle where I start stupidly wondering if AF hasn't showed because I could have some miracle baby growing in there. You'd think after 3 years I'd have learnt my lesson by now. It makes for an extremely stressful weekend working and I've just tipped tonight. OH on nights so can't even have a cuddle - dog and cat it is then!
:-(
Sending you lots of hugs!frozenpenguin wrote: »Baseline scan for me tomorrow morning
Thank you for the replies. Sorry for the quick visit, have to go back out. xxxxx0 -
littleme - try not to worry. I found the HSG really easy (other than they couldn't get the tube in at first). Remember to take some painkillers 30 mins beforehand - and a sanitary towel for catching the dye after. The ones they give you are the size of bricks!
Good luck
