Do you know when you ov'd danielley?
Hi Tea lover,
No not certain, I am a bit sporadic in my OPK testing but I haven't had a positive this month, but I have only checked on a few of the key days.... To be honest I bought cheap OPK's from the internet and I have never really had a + result from them, but again, I have not been testing regularly.
A little bit more brown spotting today.... I am at the Fertility clinic tomorrow for my CD21 blood (to check the effect of clomid on ov levels) so I will mention it then.0 -

Room for another one? I know a lot of you from the other thread and I've also been lurking in this thread for a while too
For those that don't know me, hubby and I have been TTC #1 very seriously for 14 natural cycles and not a hint of a tiny little positive. I'm 30 and hubby is 28 (toyboy) we have done everything that I can think of to conceive: altering diet, losing weight, cutting out caffeine, taking the right supplements, reducing alcohol, legs in the air after BDing etc etc. You name it and we've tried it!
Hubby's sperm analysis has come back fine, as have my initial blood tests. I have a nice relatively regular 26-29 day cycle and "appear" to be ovulating most months on CD16-CD18. I know my LP is a little short but I've googled people conceiving with much shorter ones.
Have my first FS appointment at the hospital on 31st of this month and I'm a little scared/apprehensive about it all
X Bex
Welcome Bex. As WTDN said, I'll add you to the front if you do me a little summary. You can see the examples in the first post.
Cheers to everyone else. I'm lurking, but annoyingly busy at work - which is preventing me posting!0 -
danielle - hoep you get some decent answers at your appt tomorrow.
Latest phantom symptoms....
- am genuinely upset about the panda m/c and the poor little tiger cub
- the sausage roll I'd been looking forward to all morning tasted wrong.
As you were....0 -
Awww tea lover, fingers crossed for you.
Got to admit I had a quick sob over the panda, imagine being on able to get pregnant once a year, and then having a miscarriage.
I have been craving hot sausage roll all day.
Hopefully hubby has made an appointment for a SA by the time he gets home from work, as he just text me for his doctors phone number. Why are men soooo slow at doing anything? I mean over all he's pretty good with all of this, and isn't embarrassed to be going for a SA, but just is slow and actually getting round to making appointments.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

I hear ya. DH had to do two and he left it about a month before he even did the first one - I had to properly nag him. Now no doubt I'll have to nag him about making an appointment to get the results.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
He's had one in the past, but a long time ago. In the end I didn't need to nag him I did it in his lunch time. Except the receptionist didn't know who he would need to see, the nurse or the doctor. So she then had to go off to consult with the nurse, who apparently (when we phoned back at 6) didn't know who hubby needed to see either, so has gone to consult with the doctor.
Makes me laugh, how can they not know who he needs to see out of their surgery for a plain easy SA. He saw the nurse last time, but its all new staff since he last went.
So glad I've never moved across to his surgery, wish he could join mine but it's too far from where we live for him to eligible. I'm only eligible as I go under my parents' address (its not really that far from us, just there are nearer ones).Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0 -

DH had to do his at the hospital. In a different town. And only between 8-9 (so rush hour). It's not especially convenient.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0 -
Wow that is a bit of a niche time. He was told to go to his doctors, but we will see when they ring back tomorrow.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0

Can't help thinking this whole process would be a lot easier if it didn't involve the guys at all.
Am in a right grump... didn't record Bake Off as just assumed it would be on iplayer but no sign of it yet. The rest of the series is there so it will be there at some point but I need it now!! I need to watch it before I accidentally hear who left.0 -
Pretty sure if DH put half as much effort into TTC as he does for football, football forums and football manager games, I'd be pregnant 10 times over.Eu não sou uma tartaruga. Eu sou um codigopombo.0
