Hey T2D. I'm also in hospital Monday (for my first scan after stimming). They have left me to it for a pretty long time, I think! Good job I seem OK.

Hopefully, if all good to go, i'll also be doing EC with you on Weds. However I've had only a few ovary twinges (I guess) with no other symptoms really. So bit worried they need to up the dose before we can get down to it.

I'm terrified BTW. I have a feeling if an embryo goes back in that two week wait will be the worse two weeks of my life.

I know. I find myself feeling happy and optimistic, and then realise its cause I'm thinking of things going well, then almost cry when I realise how unlikely it is.. I'm going to struggle I know. But trying to remain emotionally steady. Trying anyway.

Can't believe you've had no scans! Have you had blood tests? How many days stimming?

Hi ladies, sorry been absent for most of this week, its been hectic at work.

WTDN - I didn't get my first scan until 9 days on the stimms, so I wouldn't worry. I also didn't have any twinges or bloating and they got 8 eggs so don't worry about that either. Good luck for Monday!

Frozen & fairy, when are you starting? My down regulation injection is Monday, then back on 27th for baseline scan. I'll get my red carnation for my clinic visits, look out for it too Isla!:rotfl:

My husband actually said to me once, with a big proud smilie on his face, 'I've washed my uniforms for you' implying that him washing his own uniforms was in some way doing ME a favour! He got a swift kick to the mummy/daddy buttons I can tell you. Hope your DH gets his ar@e in gear, x

Thanks for the welcome. I don't feel quite up to date with all the jargon but I hope things go well for you guys next week.

Code, I feel your pain regarding men. I'm the bigger earner in our relationship too and I really stress about what would happen if I was to get pregnant. How will we afford baby stuff? How will we pay the mortgage if I have to cut back on hours? How will I manage to work, do the lions share of the housework and also have a baby? I know it's crazy but I've sometimes wondered if the stress of all that has stopped me conceiving.
