I always sort of hope that at the many random scans I go to they will say 'oh - there seems to be a small person in there!'

I feel so stupid confessing this, but sometimes I watch those "I didn't know I was pregnant", then kid myself that I am actually pregnant and it's just hidden really well. It's not helped by the fact that a close member of my family didn't find out she was pregnant til she was 6 months gone. She'd done tests and they were all negative (I saw them) and she was still getting her period.

Of course, the fact that I monitor everything from cycle length to cm means that if I actually ever got pregnant, I'd know about it.

Well while we're on the subject of stupid confessions.... I still think (a worrying amount of the time) that I'm actually still pg. Despite having a m/c 5 months ago, no bump or symptoms whatsoever, and the 4 periods I've had since then.

I'd probably think the same things.

I did this too Tea, right up until my due date, in spite of the fact I'd had scans for IUI so I absolutely 100% knew I wasn't pg :o

Not just me then. In some ways I think it will be easier once I get past my due date (christmas day - great). Although obviously I would sell my granny to be pg again by that point (sorry nan!)

nice to know its not just me! My DH gets annoyed when I tell him I feel stupid, but at least you ladies get it.

This months delusion is driven by the fact that my sister told me that with both her pregnancies, she felt no symptoms at all in the 2ww. No sore boobs, no cramps, nothing. So much so that when she was 6 weeks with her second DD, she insisted on getting an early scan as she still had no symptoms. So, I'm thinking, well I have no symptoms, so maybe, just maybe......

But the worst stupid confession of all is that when we went to buy our new car, the DH liked one I didn't but I let him get it as the second part of the registration is BFP :o I thought it would be a good omen for our IVF!! :rotfl:

    I can't believe I just admitted that! :o

while we're on stupid confessions....I spent £13 on a pregnancy spell!! Apparently she does refund the money if you don't get pregnant, but I can't find the charm she sent and you need to give that back. :rotfl::rotfl:

Look at us with a shiny new thread. I really hope we are all long gone by the time the next one is started.

I often dream of the day when I finally get two lines on a test. I've never experienced that and I can only hope (?) that one day it eventually happens.

I sometimes dream we have a baby and wake up and for the split second I think its true and then reality hits.

It sucks when reality hits, hugs xx
