Code - what on earth is a marshmallow and Nutella pizza?! And how do you make one?! Lol.
Not that I am in the least interested to eat it......
Would love to be weight loss buddies, are you doing any special diet or just healthy eating? I'm going back on CWP - did it at the end of 2011 and lost 1st 2lb in 8 weeks, I've only got 30lb to lose so I know I can do it! Just need the willpower to start!

Congratulations purcy, hope this is it for you xx

Healthy eating, combined with the no-S diet - no sweets, no snacking, no seconds except on days beginning with S (saturdays, sundays and special days), combined with exercise. As soon as I get the willpower to start.

A nutella and marshmallow pizza is a cooked pizza base spread with nutella and covered in mini marshmallows.

Congratulations purcy. Hope we don't see you back here, in the nicest possible way.

Was just cleaning out a cupboard and I found a bag containing condoms, my diaphragm and some spermicide from when I came off the pill years ago. The irony no to find something that kills sperm when we have none!!

Also, the provera is making me crazy.

Yep. I don't know - maybe it's because I'm sensitive to hormones or maybe just because I am actally crazy. Had a tantrum because I couldn't find the hammer earlier and DH was annoying me (for the record, the hammer was to hang a photo canvas and not to hit DH in the face).

This time last year we were in Prague for the Christmas markets and having a brilliant time drinking hot mead and hot cider.

isla, that always happen to me. One time it happened when I was at work and we were all on our way to a colleagues funeral and I did have one, but dropped it down the toilet and had to ask around if anyone had any emergency tampons with them.

PM, hope your follies are growing now.

    9 things about my pregnancy/labour
    1. I thought I was going to need IVF so getting pregnant after just 3 months was a mahoosive shock.

Delete, delete, delete. Apparantly smug fertiles are now doing a list of 9 things you didn't want to know about their pregnancy/ labour. !!!!!!.

code I am so sorry about your news. Like everyone has said before grief, anger and all of the other carpy emotions are all perfectly natural and totally normal. Don't fight it. It hits in waves. I wish they'd just give all of the bad news at once rather than a hideous drip feed of rubbish.

    purcy congrats!

Let's have good luck now in more than threes... Good luck for all!

Ok can I just vent, and be utterly pathetic for a little bit longer before I snap out of it? It is a little ttc related because of the whole ICSI conditions thing.

As you all know my BMI is over 30 - its not a great deal over 30 and I am quite tall and muscular so will never be troubling the lighter ends of the spectrum, but it's over 30 and enough to know that I need to do something about it or we'll be rejected for ICSI. I'm also aware that I'm on amitriptyline which does make me gain weight. But still, I have just under 6 months. We'd just finished dinner and DH says "Do you want to come out on the big walk with me and the dog tomorrow?" I said "yes, even though I did all the walks today, and moved all the stuff myself yesterday". And he said "Well, it's just you need to do loads of diet and exercise to lose weight". And it wasn't said in his usual jokey way. Which makes me think "oh my god, he thinks I'm a giant heifer". And I'm actually really...hurt. He instantly apologised and I'm pretending everything is ok, whilst inside I'm just really, really upset.

Apologies for this self-indulgent post - I promise I'll be back to normal service soon.

Aw code, sometimes they just open their mouths and don't engage their brains. Maybe he is also worrying about getting below 30 for the ICSI and just expressed it wrongly. I'm not making excuses for the silly and hurtful things they say-after our unsuccessful ICSI earlier this year my OH said that we should wait a few months before trying again so that I could be in better shape which would give it a better chance of working-I translated that to "It didn't work this time cos you are a lard !!!!!" The words weren't even fully out his mouth before I was in tears.
Also, you have both had a really difficult week-I have been in exactly the same place and found that my reactions weren't always related to what was actually going on. I've been thinking about a lot over the last few days-in a non stalkery way of course, and hope you are okay x

I know he probably didn't mean it the way it came out. Annoyingly his BMI is 22, despite the fact he eats way more than I do and doesnt do much exercise. He's just an idiot and utterly clueless about women. But you're right. Its been a hard week and maybe I need to cut both of us a little slack.

How are you getting on mrshappy?
