Thanks for the input re: HSG after pains.
They seem to have gone today so that's good :-)0 -
Hi tealover I am doing ok. I am off to an adoption evening with a voluntary agency to find out more info in the hope that they may be interested in us even if the local authority wasn't.
I don't post much at moment but do still come on to see how you are all getting on x0 -
Hugs Littleme, that's a shock to get your head round
On littleMe's point, does anyone get sad about the possibility of only having one child? I always imagined that we'd have two or three, very slim chance of that now! I think I'm struggling to come to terms with this too? anyone else? (even though I would be over the moon right now to just have one!!!)
xxxx
Yes I am gutted. I always wanted three kids. I regret not trying at a younger age. Very niave to think everything would be fine and I'd pop em out (I even planned what month I would get pregnant when this all started - how stupid). However like you, one will now be a miracle I'd be very grateful for!I fantasise that we will have twins and job done - 2 kids in one go!
Although I have been told (by a friend) that with IVF they will only put one fertilised egg in ... but I still hope
Yes, at Liverpool women's they only put one back if you're under 40. There was some info in the pack saying majority of multiple pregnancies have problems. Was a bit gutted about this but it makes sense.
YAY PARTMOUSE! FINALLY!0 -
Sorry about your news little me, but I guess at least the specialist has given you a really clear idea about where you're up to, and possible next steps.
