:jMy OH is back tomorrow, well really Saturday morning as its 1am! :j I'm really excited:j He's missed both my scans! I honestly have no idea how I've coped for the last 4 months, I keep randomly bursting into tears. I doesn't help that I have flu too.

I have PGP, They won't give me crutches as I have osteoarthritis and wouldn't be able to use them properly. I have been prescribed painkillers for the pain but the physio said there is little else that they can do. She did give me some exercises to do on a gym ball but I can't really balance properly to do them

To those of you with scan coming up I hope your baby's aren't too wiggly and you can see the sex of them (if you want to):)

The NHS is a bit pants with this condition. Take a look at the Pelvic Partnership website for advice. You possibly need a support belt very tight around your hips, low enough to be in your knickers, all day and posdibly all night. If you can afford it at all, find a private physiotherapist or osteopath who is experienced in this condition. They will actually treat you rather than tell you to take painkillers and send you home to suffer. They aren't all hideously expensive.

Finally bought something today ! Just a lovely white snow suit thingy from George at asda. It's not a heavy thick one just saw it and was like I'm getting this! Going to start buying packs of babygrows and bibs and socks too I think but no outfits as such cos I will want a pink or blue dressed baby so won't know til he/she comes !
