Squ1rrel I felt movement from outside at exactly 22 weeks. I knew ur it wouldn't be long as I was feeling sharper & harder jabs kicks Etc.
Since then baby has been very active & I've felt much more movement

Squ1rrel, I often don't notice much movement in the day it's mostly when I'm relaxed at home I feel it. I felt my first external kick at 22+2 and I hope it repeats soon so that hubbie can feel it.
Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!

Same here, I've felt it every day since it started but only when I'm not moving.

We are off to mamas & papas to have another look tomorrow as their furniture offer ends Monday. It's reduced down even further now, not seen it this cheap.

My baby went mad last night, was so lovely was wriggling around and kicking for a good hour. Then woke me up with little kicks at 7. Seems to like 9pm & 7am - fine by me!

I think I've just [STRIKE]told [/STRIKE]persuaded DH to go & look in the store today!

Yeah I don't know if they have sales like this often or not, but I still haven't checked with my friend about her baby furniture business, so think we'll risk missing it (plus we have no room to store it yet) but I've seen some good deals on their baby bouncers which I think is something we could buy now! One was £120 reduced to £50 for example. Plus I need to get a present for my friends 1 year old.

My SIL said sometimes the pattern they have can continue after birth so maybe you'll have a good sleeper!

    hi ladies

well my little man kept me up most of last night wriggling around and kicking me! :D I keep missing external kicks, have felt him kick once and DH is desperate to feel but so far no luck....plenty of time yet.

I also think he is lying really low as every time I get up from sitting or lying down I get sharp pains just above my pubic area, it takes me a few seconds to stand up straight (after about 5 minutes from trying to get up off the couch!!!:rotfl:).

Well ladies, its been lovely chatting to you all on this thread but now I must fly over to the big thread  there is no way I am 24 plus 1 already but the calendar says I am so better start believing it!! see you all over there shortly x x x

What kind of stuff did you get Becca? I'm joining nct today as part of booking the classes and there's a sale near me next weekend and I think a couple after that too in short succession, so I'm looking forward to going to one and being first in the door lol!

We went to m&ps, had a look mainly at Moses baskets & the Sola. The guy did a demonstration for us. Felt nice & light.

Then went to JL, didn't like their baskets but liked the ICandy strawberry & I think the quinny zapp & a silver cross surf.

Then went to mother care, bought a really cute Moses basket as they also had a sale on, and it was cheaper than the m&p ones plus, the stand was half the price so got that and 2 sets of mattress sheets for £75. All the bedding had 20% off. We did see a bedding set we liked which matches the Moses basket but decided to hold off for now incase we see something else. It's so cute it's like pink patchwork birds!

We also liked the basket as the fabric was quite light and our house gets hot in the summer so thought it was better than one with really thick material on the hood etc

Oh birdie I think you suggested the Oyster? We had a look in mothercare and liked it too. Too many to choose from!
