Congrats Claire, sounds amazing!!
Can any of the ahem, larger chested ladies recommend a good maternity or non wired bra. I tend to stick with Bravissimo's own brand in a 32HH  so although I'm still wearing wires at the minute I've made sure they're well fitting.
I tried on a Total Support non wired bra in Marks yesterday in a 34G and I think its has potential but I needed a bigger cup size and they didnt have any in store to try0 -
Congrats on team pink Claire! So pleased the scan went well and they made you feel so comfortable
So sorry about the house Kynthia, it's horrible when you have your heart set on something and it doesn't work out. But you never know maybe something will work out or you will find an even better house.
I got my bounty pack at the 12 week check and it was mainly rubbish leaflets as Claire said. I found the Emma's Diary one much better. I've ended up chucking all of the leaflets away and just keeping all my notes etc in the bounty pack now.
Lovely but cheeky fog con, but with that look how could you ever get mad at it
Hopefully the dizziness will calm down now Jen, I had the same thing and was told it was because I was run down and fighting off some things. Not nice at all!
Hope everyone has a good day, nearly the weekend!0 -
Kynthia sorry about your house falling through. It's similar here to London in terms of no chance of a bargain someone always ready to pay the full whack. Very frustrating! I don't think we'll be buying for another 2-3 years as we'll need both salaries to be able to do it and I'd like the option of being able to stay at home with the baby after maternity leave, depending on how things go.
Debs I'd love to help but I'm excited about my boobs finally looking like they might be bigger than an A so can't I'm afraid!0 -
The first bounty pack is mainly advertising and leaflets. Then one book about stuff to expect each week but you could read that anywhere.
I think the later ones are supposed to be better. I think you get them from Boots or something?
I never got Emma's diary. Is it any good?
Hi Claire
It was ok actually, There is a slip you fill in and take to Boots or Argos, they give you a pack which contains a few mini Johnson's producs, a pack of baby wipes and 1 nappy0 -

Thanks Faith,
I feel so much better today, even after a rubbish sleep0 -

Thanks. I've got a feeling my bounty pack has has that in I just haven't done it yet. So they sound quite similar & neither of us have missed out on anything!
Now I know were having a girl I have found a very bubble gum pram cover I like lol
My parents have said they'll pay for a pram we like although not the Versace one they saw in Harrods or a vintage silver cross. So now my Dad is researching reviews of buggys online... Gives him something to do lol!

I've just registered for Emma's Diary online as I went back through my Bounty packs ( one from mw and one from Boots) and there was nothing in there about it! To be fair I thought the Bounty packs were a bit poop!
Got my voucher printed so off to Boots on my lunch break to pick up the Emma's Diary one to check that out
We bought a changing bag last night from Mothercare, £39.99 which some might see as expensive but it's one we can both use and it's nice and smart with good features
Really starting to think I need to make a list of things for my hospital bag (and baby's) so I can start squirelling bits away each week/when possible!************************************

Lol Con1888 - your dog looks so naughty and cute at the same time!
Congrats on team pink Claire!
Kynthia - that's rubbish you didn't get the house. It's so stressful moving. When we finally got into our house DH said right we're not moving for another 20 yrs! I think we only got ours at a 'bargain' cos it needed so much doing to it. It was still really expensive but where we live is really popular. Houses can sell in a day, it's crazy. Hopefully this has only happened cos your perfect house is still out there
Debs - I got a Freya maternity bra 34G but it's now a bit uncomfortable round my rib cage even tho it's not tight. I've got a breast feeding vest which has bra support inside and is soooo comfy but then I don't have to go into an office or anything.
AFM -DH felt a kick for the first time last night. So cute!

I'm naturally a 36GG, currently wearing since start of pregnancy a 38H M&S maternity/nursing bra, think it was £20 for two and they've washed well and are comfy. unfortunately to get the bigger sizes you're guna have to come to terms with wearing a nursing bra. i don't mind it but i know some others do but it's not like anyones going to see it lol
i got mine from a bigger M&S but they're online as well so i'd order a couple of sizes to try and send back the ones that don't fit if you can
remember that not only will your ladies get bigger but your ribcage will expand to accomodate baby, so you'll end up with a bigger back size too
i was told you're best off going for maternity rather than general nonwired as there's another couple of rows of eyelets so as you grow you can put it on a looser setting
I've started to get pain in my shoulders so i'll need to go up a size again i think to make sure i'm well supported but these have done me fine. I've been told that if you're naturally big you ladies don't grow as much, so fingers crossed this is the last time i have to go up a size before i'm breastfeeding as otherwise i'm coming to the end of the sizes and they'll grow again when my milk comes in :eek:Little Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

Thanks TeamLowe.
I'm totally over what the bra looks like as long as its well fitting and provides alot of support...........think scaffolding :rotfl:
I'll have a look at the 2 for £20 maternity bras, I'll give anything ago to keep this pair up where they should be0
