I'm graduating from the <12 weeks thread so I recognise a lot of names from there.

I'm so so so pleased for you Robots what a relief that must be. I hope now you'll be able to relax a little.

Great new son your scan becsxxx what a lovely picture you got.

I just got the results of my Downs screening (combined test) and it's come back as low risk < 1 in 10,000. I'm absolutely delighted as I'll be 35 by my due date so I was sure it'd come back much higher. For the first time I feel relaxed and happy to be pregnant.

I hope mine doesn't take a few hours either - OH has cleverly scheduled in a second viewing of a house for 2 hours after the scan time!!!!

Oh, stingy boobs Mine have been so painful with a horrid stingy pain that goes right through them-it seems to happen more when I'm not wearing a bra, or when I move after nodding off on the couch.

I am 20 weeks today, it feels like such a pregnancy milestone, scan on Monday, and I'm beginning to get anxious about it-I need to calm down.

Thanks for all the 'good lucks', they worked wonderfully Scan went well, baby was moving about, had her hand near her mouth and the lady doing the scan said it looked like she was having a little chat because her mouth was moving away....ooops given it away with the 'hers' and 'shes'....yep, I've got a PINK bump! I'm lucky enough to have my perfect little boy and now growing a perfect little girl :T

I was told I have an anterior placenta though, this apparently isn't a problem, only a problem when its blocking babies exit, which its not. She said it might take longer for me to feel kicks higher up, as it acts like a cushion. I can feel her wriggles in the bottom of my tummy though and I felt one massive kick from the outside the other night!....so thats good enough for me.

Good luck to everyone due scans, hugs to anyone who needs them and big hellos to new people.

Fantastic news about the results of your amnio robots, you must be so relieved!

Nice to see you on the thread wangdoodle, good news that your Downs results have come back as low risk. I'm still waiting for my results, they said it could take 3 weeks for the letter to arrive though due to the time of year and it's only be 10 days so far! I'm sure if it came back high risk they'd have contacted me already.

Hope you manage to find a house you like mysecretalias!
