I'm 16 weeks and 5 days, will be 17 weeks on Sunday. I don't feel that big but definitely have a very pronounced baby belly and my OH keeps referring to me to other people as 'very pregnant' I keep saying seriously if you think I'm very pregnant now how are you going to refer to me in a few weeks time when I am beached whale size!!
It's more obvious as well I think because I am so tiny, well I was before I got pregnant lol. Now I'm all boobs and belly....OH can't stop staring at my breasts it's quite nice to have some for the first time in my life haha!
We have loads of stuff for baby already (we got a bit carried away at nearly new sales) but have stopped now until we find out the sex on the 13th jan
In terms of the pram we have now narrowed it down to two - the oyster (the original one) and the uppababy vista. I think we will end up going with the uppababy with the maxicosi car seat and isofix it will all work out at around £800 I think but OHs parents are buying it so we are really lucky with that x
I know exactly what you mean!3 Children - 2004 :heart2: 2014 :heart2: 2017 :heart2:

I wish my boobs would stop growing! Before getting pregnant I had been attending Slimming World for two years and finally reached target a few months ago. I went from a GG cup down to an E cup (this was the smallest I can ever remember being since school). I was thrilled with my smaller E cups. Unfortunately I am now quickly getting to the before losing weight sized boobs. Im not gaining the weight back it just seems any weight I am going is going straight onto my boobs.0

You and me both Vicky! Got into the tub tonight and they were getting in the way of me putting my arms to my sides. Ever since my bleed at 6 weeks, DH goes and sits with me while I have a bath (bathing has become a bit stressful since the bleed, and him being there keeps me calm) and even he mentioned how big they were getting. I think his words were 'Wow! Boulders!' Ah, the subtlety of men, eh?
When I was measured last summer, I was a 38/40 G, and I know I've gone up one size in band and at least one in cup already. Heaven help me if they get much bigger!!! We are doing travelling this weekend and over next week to visit UK family and tell them the news, and I have to keep my bra on most of the time. I am not happy about this! When I'm at home, it's pj's, knickers, dressing gown, slippers, and naught else.0 -
I've found I've expanded a lot more up top than around the tummy - my work clothes still fit (tummy a bit bigger, but I've lost a bit elsewhere because of sickness) but I'm going to need to buy lots of new bras....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

Haha I think I would prefer boulders to the T word which is how my OH sometimes describes mine.....he gets a smack every time though, I HATE that word! Have now trained him to say boobs now most of the time lol.
Cor blimey vickyvics I can only dream of boobs that big!! Samtoby I am the same as you, mine are usually a 32b, have gone up to a 34c since I got pregnant but before that I had never ever been bigger than a B in my life!! Even though I'm small and in proportion I always wanted bigger boobs (in fact went through a phase of seriously looking into getting them made bigger a few years ago I was that unhappy with them!)Our first baby due 25th May 2014 :T

Barely any of my clothes still fitI am glad it's winter - usually in winter I wear lots of knitted jumper dresses and I'm just wearing those with my mothercare maternity tights which suit me just fine! I have brought a couple of new jumpers as well, which shocked me a little as usually I am a size 6-8 ish and I had to buy them in a size 12!
I've not tried on much else in a few weeks tbh, I did try to put a pair of my jeans on the other day and they wouldn't go over my bum but they were my size 0 Abercrombie & Fitch jeans (renowned for being ridiculously tight) so I think I set myself up to fail a little bit there! I did get stupidly upset about it though, damn hormones :rotfl:
I've got one pair of black jeans that do still fit but I have to wear them without the zip or button done up
Has anyone brought any nice maternity jeans yet? I've looked at a few and haven't been impressed tbh. Primark ones are truly awful and others just seem ridiculously expensive! I would like a pair of skinny jeans if possible just for days when I don't want to wear a jumper dress (I think people are starting to wonder whether I have anything else in my wardrobe lol)Our first baby due 25th May 2014 :T

I can't stand maternity jeans - they all look horrible or cost a mortgage payment. All too often both.
I've not actually expanded out of any of my clothes yet, apart from some bras and my smallest work shirts, which are straining a bit over the bust. I'm 18 weeks now....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I ordered 3 or 4 pairs of maternity jeans from Asos and kept 2. They were about £30. Just order enough to get free delivery then send back what you don't want!
New look had cheaper ones but the size 8s were like fishing waders on me whereas the Asos size 8 fit like a glove. I wear them all the time!0
